Masala Capsicum is very tasty and rich Indian curry. It is very easy and quick curry recipe, which can be prepared and used on all occasions. This curry is spicy in taste and will go with chapaati, naan or roti. Uploaded by admin on 08-Nov-2019.
Roast gram flour in a pan for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, stir fry capsicum for 2 minutes on high flame. Take out all fried capsicum. Add onion pieces in oil and stir fry for 2 minutes on high flame and take them out, keep aside. Crackle cumin seeds in remaining oil. Add chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste. Cook on low flame. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and cook for a minute. Add curd and mix, cook till curd releases its own fat. Add roasted gram flour in masala and mix. Add tomato puree, salt and mix. Add water, cover it and allow to cook gravy for 10 minutes on low flame. Gravy is cooked perfectly. Add fried capsicum, fried onions, garam masala, kasoori methi. in gravy. Cook for 2 minutes. Masala capsicum is ready to serve.
