Cake, biscuits and healthy,all in a single package. Yes it is correct and today we are going to prepare this Chocolate cake which is very easy to make and it also contains biscuits,but is healthy too. It can be prepared with ingredients which are readily available in all kitchens and are not very expensive too. This cake recipe is perfect for beginners who wants to make and eat homemade cake recipe. Prepare cake for Christmas and enjoy it.

200gram Digestive Biscuits
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
350ml milk + as needed
Homemade Butter cream
Take 200g digestive biscuits in a mixture jar and prepare a fine powder.

Transfer digestive biscuit powder in a bowl.

Add cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder in biscuit powder. Mix all.

Add oil, milk and mix. Prepare a thick cake batter.

Grease a 5-inch cake tin with butter and dust with flour.

Pour cake batter in cake mould. Tap for 2-3 times.

Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes on 180 degree.

Take out from oven.

Check with a toothpick.

Allow to cool for 30 minutes.

Demould the cake on a wire rack and allow to cool completely.

Place a cake board on a turntable.

Prepare homemade butter cream and use on the cake.

Apply 1 tbsp prepared butter cream on cake board and place cake on board. Remove dome with a knife.

Cut cake in two slices. Keep aside one cake slice.

Apply butter cream on cake slice and spread evenly.

Place second cake slice and cover the top part of the cake slice.

Decorate the top part of cake with cream as shown in the video or as choice.

Homemade biscuit cake is ready.
