Sooji idli is very easy to make. Idli made of Suji is healthy and perfect breakfast for fitness freaks and all other health conscious persons. Rava idli or Suji idli can be prepared with very few ingredients in minutes. It is healthy, tasty, easy. Idlis made of Suji are very soft idli. This is for all who want to make soft Idlis at home and with no hassle and easily.

1 cup rava / Suji / semolina
1/2 curd
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Eno (fruit salt)
Use fine semolina for making soft idli.

Add semolina, curd, salt in a bowl and mix. Add water and mix.

Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Uncover and mix. Add Eno (fruit salt).

Add water to adjust the consistency.

Grease the idli plates with oil.

Fill the idli plates with idli batter.

Place idli plates in steamer and allow to steam on high flame for 10 minutes.

Demould the idlis with the help of a spoon.

Super soft and perfect idlis are ready.
