1 cup rava / Suji / semolina 1/2 curd 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp Eno (fruit salt)
Use fine semolina for making soft idli. Add semolina, curd, salt in a bowl and mix. Add water and mix. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes. Uncover and mix. Add Eno (fruit salt). Add water to adjust the consistency. Grease the idli plates with oil. Fill the idli plates with idli batter. Place idli plates in steamer and allow to steam on high flame for 10 minutes. Demould the idlis with the help of a spoon. Super soft and perfect idlis are ready.
