Rava medu vadas are perfect for instant and quick breakfast, lunch or dinner. It can be enjoyed with coconut chutney, sambhar and ketchup.

1 cup semolina / sooji / rava
1/2 cup curd
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp chopped green chilli
1 tsp chopped curry leaves
Fresh coriander
Oil for frying
Add sooji, salt, black pepper powder, ginger, green chilli, curry leaves, fresh coriander and curd in a bowl. Add water and mix, prepare a thick batter, Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Uncover and mix nicely. Prepare a round ball from the mixture, flatten and make a whole with greased hands.

Fry prepared medu vade in hot oil on medium flame.

Take out all the fried medu vade from oil.

Super tasty and crispy instant medu vadas are ready to serve.
