Veg Manchurian served with Gravy is a mouth-watering and delicious Indo - Chinese recipe. Now there is no need to go to restaurant, you can make them in your kitchen by following this recipe

For Manchurian Balls:
1 Cup Grated Capsicum
1 Cup finely chopped onion
1 Cup Grated Cabbage
1 Cup Grated Carrot
3 tbsp APF (Maida)
3 tbsp Corn Flour
1/2 tsp Black pepper & 1/2 tsp Salt
For Manchurian Gravy:
1/2 cup Spring Onion?s Whites, 1/4 cup Chopped Capsicum, 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic, 1 tbsp Ginger Julian?s
1 tbsp Soya Sauce, 1 tbsp Vinegar, 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
2 tbsp Corn Flour
1/2 tsp Black Pepper & 1 tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Chopped Spring Onion's Greens ( For Garnishing )
For Manchurian Balls: Mix all vegetables in a bowl.

Add corn flour, maida, salt and black pepper and mix well.

Make small balls with the vegetable mixture.

Make all like this and don't throw the left out water. This will be used in the gravy.

Fry in hot oil on high flame till golden brown.

Take them out on a tissue paper.

Manchurian balls are ready.

For Gravy: Heat oil in a pan.

Add chopped garlic and ginger and cook for a minute.

Add onion, capsicum, black pepper and salt and again cook for 2 minutes on high flame.

Add 500ml water and bring it to boil.

Mix cornflour with 2tbsp water and add in the boiling water.

Also add the left out water from the vegetable mixture and stir continuously.

Add soya sauce, vinegar and ketchup.

Bring the gravy to boil.

Take Manchurian balls in a bowl, add gravy over them and garnish with spring onion's greens.

Serve them hot
