This Sooji Sweet recipe is very tasty, juicy and a quick recipe. This can be made without khoya mava. These are soft, juicy and perfect for any occasion. This rava sweet will be loved by all.

1/2 cup sooji/ rava/ semolina 1/2 cup + milk 1 tsp ghee 1/4 cup milk powder 1/8 tsp baking soda Saffron/ kesar Cardamom powder/ ilayachi powder Kesar food colour 1 cup sugar
Add sugar and 1/2 cup water bring to boil. Prepare a thin sugar syrup. Add cardamom powder, saffron, saffron colour and mix, switch off the flame and keep aside. Add 1 tsp ghee and 1/2 cup semolina in a pan. Roast on low flame for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup milk and mix. Switch off the flame and transfer semolina mixture in a vessel. Add milk powder, saffron food colour, baking powder in semolina mixture. Mix, knead and add milk if needed. Prepare a soft dough. Add 1 tsp ghee and make the dough smooth. Prepare small lemon size balls from the dough. Roll the ball with palm and prepare a thick rope. Make swirls as shown in the video. Secure ends properly. Make sure there are no cracks. Note :- If the dough becomes hard, add more milk and make the dough smooth. Fry in medium hot ghee on low flame. Flip and fry from all sides. Take them out from ghee. Dip in luke warm sugar syrup for 5 minutes. Take them out from sugar syrup. Serve juicy rava sweet and enjoy.
