2 cups noodles 1 tbsp schezwan sauce 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum Black pepper powder
Add salt in boiling water. Add broken noodles in water and boil for 8-10 minutes. Sieve the noodles and wash with water. Add boiled noodles in a bowl. Add cabbage, capsicum, onion, black pepper, schezwan sauce, corn flour, maida and mix nicely. Prepare small balls from the mixture. Fry in hot oil on high flame. Double fry them for a minute on high flame. Take out them from oil and enjoy hot noodle pakoda.
