250gram poha (flatten rice)
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 finely chopped green chilli
1/4 cup fresh chopped coriander
1/2 cup rice flour / besan
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp balck pepper powder
1 tsp salt
For slurry-
1/4 cup maida
1/4 cup corn flour
1/4 tsp salt
Crushed vermicelli
Add poha in a strainer and wash with water. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Transfer soaked poha in a mixer jar. Blend it.

Transfer ground poha in a bowl, add rice flour, onion, green chillis, fresh coriander, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder, salt. Mix nicely and prepare a dough. If needed add 1-2 tsp water.

I have greased a square cake tin with oil. Transfer the prepared mixture in tin and flatten it.

Keep in fridge for 10 minutes.

Demould and cut in square pieces with a knife.

For slurry, mix maida, corn flour, salt in a bowl and prepare a thin slurry with the help of water.

Crush thin vermicelli.

Dip poha squares in slurry and coat with crushed vermicelli.

Fry in hot oil on medium to high flame till they turn light golden brown.

Take them out from oil.
