Aate gud ki barfi yes we are today going to prepare Wheat Flour Barfi which is a very tasty and perfect recipe for those who have sweet tooth. Aate barfi ( Wheat Flour Barfi ) is a very easy and quick recipe. This can be prepared with easily available ingredients at home and in a very short time.

250gram wheat flour (genhu ka aata)
150gram clarified butter (desi ghee)
150gram jaggery (gud)
Chopped almonds
2 tbsp fresh malai (cream)
Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed wok.

Add wheat flour and roast on low to medium flame. Stir continuously.

Now the flour is almost done. Roast it on low flame for few more minutes.

Add fresh cream (malai) in roasted flour and mix on low flame.

Switch off the flame.

Allow the roasted wheat flour to cool for 2-3 minutes.

Add jaggery in roasted flour and mix nicely.

Pour the prepared mixture in a greased tray and flatten it.

Sprinkle chopped almonds and press gently. Mark square cuts with a knife and keep aside for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, wheat flour barfi is ready. Take out from tray and enjoy healthy barfi.
