1/2 cup - 2 tbsp Maida (All Purpose Flour) 1/2 Cup Sugar 1/2 Cup Curd 1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter (room temperature) 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder 60g Dark chocolate
Chop the chocolate and melt with 15 ml water in microwave. Keep in fridge for 30 minutes. Take it out from fridge and make 6 balls from the chocolate. In a big bowl beat sugar and butter till creamy. Add curd and beat again. Sieve maida(APF), baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder in sugar-butter mixture. Mix with a spatula using ?cut & fold? method. Grease the cupcake mould and pour one tbsp batter and place a chocolate ball in middle and again fill the moulds with batter. Keep them in fridge for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes or when you want to relish it take out from the fridge and bake them in a preheated oven at 220degree Celsius for 8 minutes. Take them out and leave for 1 minute. It?s quite hot so be careful while handling. Loosen its sides with a knife. Demould it on a serving plate. Cut with a knife from middle. OMG!!! Look How the chocolatey lava is flooding out of it. Relish it with your family & friends
I am an explorer of food and I feel that people who love to eat are always the best people. I am passionate about cooking and firmly believe in the fact that a recipe has no soul, but you, as a cook, with your affection can bring soul to the recipe. I like to show creativity with dishes which can be made with easily available ingredients in the kitchen.
