1 cup maida/ flour 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/2 cup tutti fruity 1/4 cup Oil/butter 1/4 cup fresh curd 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vinegar 1/2 tsp pineapple essence 1 cup milk
Mix butter, curd, sugar in a bowl and beat for 2-3 minutes. Sieve maida, baking powder, baking soda and mix in wet ingredients. Mix with cut and fold method. Add vinegar, tutti fruity, milk, pineapple essence, and mix gently. Prepare a thick cake batter. Place cupcake liners on the cupcake tray and fill the liners with cake batter. For pressure cooker baking place, the cupcake liners in small cupcake mould or in a small metal bowl. Fill them with prepared cake batter. Sprinkle tutti fruity on the top of the cupcakes and tap for 2-3 times. Place small cupcake moulds on a small plate for pressure cooker baking. Heat pressure cooker on low flame for 10 minutes. Place a ring and place cupcakes for 20-25 minutes on low flame. Pressure cooker cupcakes are also ready. For oven baking place cupcakes tray in a preheated oven for 20 minutes on 180 degree Celsius. Take out from the oven and allow to cool. From both methods we get perfect soft and spongy egg less tutti fruity cupcakes.
