Dahi wali arbi sabzi is a very simple, tasty and a routine vegetarian curry. This is spicy and tangy in taste. This perfectly goes with chapati or plain paratha. You can enjoy this quick and delicious arbi sabzi in lunch or diiner. #foodconnection #smartcooking #vegetarianrecipe

500gram Arbi
1 cup curd
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwayan)
Curry leaves
1 tbsp oil
Fresh coriander
Wash arbi 2-3 times with water.

Boil arbi in pressure cooker. Take 2-3 whistles on medium to high flame.

Allow to cool. Open and transfer boiled arbi in a sieve.

Allow the boiled arbi to cool. Peel boiled arbi.

Cut boiled arbi in thin slices.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder in curd and mix nicely.

Heat oil in a wok. Add carom seeds, hing, curry leaves in hot oil. Add spiced curd in

wok and stir continuously. Cook for two minutes on high flame till oil releases from the curd.

Add 500ml water or as desired consistency. Add salt and allow to boil on high flame.

Add boiled and sliced arbi in curry and allow to cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.

Switch off the flame, add fresh coriander and serve hot with roti/chapati.
