Nachos are one of the most famous Mexican Snack recipes. It is prepared with corn flour also known as maize flour. It is served with cream cheese dip and salsa. Today we are going to show a very easy and quick recipe of crispy Nachos with homemade cream cheese dip.

1 cup maize flour (makki aata)
1 cup Maida
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder (kali mirch)
1/2 tsp cumin powder (jeera powder)
1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwayan)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
For Cheese Dip -
50gram processed cheese
300ml milk
1 tsp flour (maida)
1 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
For Nachos dough, add maize flour, maida, carom seeds, cumin powder, black pepper powder, salt and mix.

Prepare a tight dough using water.

Add 1 tsp olive oil. Knead it and make it smooth.

Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.

Uncover and knead for a minute. Prepare a small ball and dust with flour, roll in a thin disc with a rolling pin, prick with a fork.

Roast the rolled discs on a medium hot tawa for 10 seconds.

Arrange 3-4 roasted discs and cut in 8 equal triangles with a knife or a pizza cutter.

Fry all nachos in medium hot oil on medium flame till they become crispy.

Allow them to cool.

For cream cheese, add butter and flour in a vessel and roast for 2-3 minutes on low flame.

Add turmeric powder (optional). Add milk and mix continuously. Cook till the mixture thickens.

Add sugar (optional), salt and mix.

Add grated cheese and mix nicely.

Thick and creamy homemade cream cheese is ready.

Crispy nachos and cream cheese is ready.

Place nachos on a plate and pour cream cheese over the nachos and garnish with green red bell peppers and olives.

Homemade nachos with cream cheese is ready to enjoy!!
