1 cup rice flour 1 cup grated lauki (bottle gourd) 1/3 cup finely chopped onions Finely chopped curry leaves 2 chopped green chilli 1 inch grated ginger 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh coriander 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper powder
1. Add grated bottle gourd, onion, fresh coriander, curry leaves, green chillies, grated ginger, salt, black pepper powder, rice flour in a bowl. Mix all and prepare a dough. If needed add water. 2. Grease a plastic sheet with oil. Prepare small balls from the dough. Make small discs on greased sheet. 3. Fry all discs in hot oil on low to medium flame. 4. Take them out from oil. 5. These rice bottle gourd crispies are very crispy and tasty.
