Chinese food har kisi ko pasand hai. Mujhe or meri family chinese food bahut enjoy karti hai. par ghar ka bana hua. Chinese food me manchurian bahut hi tasty hote hai or ye different different tarike se banaye ja sakte hai. Aaj me aap sab ke liye layi hu schezwan nodles manchurian, jo ki ekdam innovative or tasty recipe hai. Spicy and tangy flavour bahut hi badiya lagta hai iska. To jaroor banaye ise or ghar par hi restaurant style chinese food enjoy kare.

2 cups broken noodles
1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp schezwan sauce
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp flour/ maida
For gravy-
1 diced onion
1 diced capsicum
1 tbsp sliced garlic
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
Few ginger julienne
1 tbsp schezwan sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp corn flour
Add salt and broken noodles in boiling water. Boil for 6-8 minutes on high flame.

Switch off the flame, sieve all the water and transfer in a bowl.

Add cabbage, capsicum, onion, salt, black pepper powder, schezwan sauce, corn flour, maida in boiled noodles. Mix with hands.

Prepare lemon size balls from the noodle mixture.

Fry all the balls in hot oil on medium to high flame.

Take all the noodle balls from hot oil.

Fry all the noodles balls in the same way.

Heat hot oil for a minute on high flame and fry all noodles balls again in hot oil on high flame for a minute. So they become more crispier.

Take out all the balls from oil.

For gravy - heat oil in a wok. Add ginger, garlic, green chilli and sauté for a minute on high flame.

Add onions, capsicum and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.

Add red chilli paste, soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder, schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup. Mix.

Add 2 tbsp water in 1 tbsp corn flour and mix. Add in wok and mix nicely.

Add fried noodles balls in gravy and mix. Add ginger juliennes and spring onions greens. Mix and serve hot.
