Kachori is a famous Indian street food. Everyone loves to eat crispy, spicy kachoris. These kachoris are stuffed with different stuffings and covered with maida dough. But this is a very time-consuming snack recipe to make by yourself. So today we are coming with an instant, easy and delicious, crispy aloo kachori covered with wheat flour dough. 300g whole wheat flour (genhu aata) 60 ml oil 1 tsp salt For stuffing- 4-5 medium size boiled potatoes 1 tbsp red chilli powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp amchur powder (dry mango powder 1 tsp garam masala 2 tbsp gram flour (besan)
Take wheat flour in a big vessel, add salt and mix. Add oil in flour and mix nicely. Add water and prepare a soft dough. Knead the dough nicely. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes. Add potatoes and mash them properly. Add red chilli powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, green chilli, fresh coriander, salt and mix nicely with hands. Add gram flour if needed and mix. Uncover the dough and knead the dough again. And now Prepare balls from the dough. Roll the balls with rolling pin in a small thick disc. Place 1 tbsp prepared stuffing. Cover and seal properly. Gently roll the stuffed balls with the help of rolling pin. Add kachoris in hot oil and fry on medium flame till kachoris become crispy. Do not touch them immediately. After some time flip it and fry. Take out all the fried kachoris.
