Wafers are the favourite munching snacks among all. We eat wafers at any time, anywhere and in any condition. In this recipe, we are going to show a perfect, easy and quick method of making crispy bitter gourd wafer at home. These chips are instant and easy to make. 250g karela (bitter gourd)
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp besan (gram flour)
2 tbsp chawal aata (rice flour)
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
Wash bitter gourd with water and wipe with kitchen towel.

Remove the sides with knife and slice the bitter gourd with a slicer or a knife. Make sure the slices are thin.

Bitter gourd slices are ready. If there are big seeds, remove them.

Sprinkle vinegar on slices and mix nicely.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander. Mix nicely.

Add gram flour, rice flour and mix nicely.

Fry karela slices in hot oil on medium to high flame.

Take out from oil.

Crispy bitter gourd wafers are ready to serve. Allow to cool and store in an air tight container.
