Easy and tasty achaari aloo recipe.

2 Big and long potatoes
¼ cup mustard oil
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp yellow mustard seeds
½ tsp onion seeds
½ tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tbsp red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp coriander powder
1 tsp salt or to taste
Kasoori methi
Cut potatoes in wedges.

Add potatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Switch off the flame and sieve the water.

Heat mustard oil in a wok. Add onion seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, hing , boiled potato wedges in oil. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add coriander powder, chiili powder, turmeric and salt. Cover and cook.

Uncover and add kassori methi.

Achaari aloo is ready for serve.
