Jelly is loved by kids of all age. It tempts kids with its beautiful colour and texture. One can prepare these pure veg gelatin at home with easily available ingredients. Here we are showing in this video, how we can prepare homemade Jello with not one but three easy methods. This Jello recipe is very quick and hassle-free. #foodconnection #homemadejelly #agarjello

1 - Rose jelly- 1/4 cup rose syrup, 1/4 cup water, 1/2 tsp agar agar
2 - Blue lagoon jelly - 1/4 cup curacao syrup, 1/4 cup water, 1/2 tsp agar agar
3 - Khas jelly - 1/8 tsp green food colour, 1/4 tsp khas essence, 1/2 cup water, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp agar
4 - Orange jelly - 1/4 tsp emulsion, 1/2 cup water, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp agar agar
For rose jelly - add rose syrup, water, agar and mix. Allow to cook for 2 minutes or till sugar dissolves. Switch off the flame. Transfer in a plate or bowl. Keep aside for 1 -2 hours.

For blue lagoon jelly - add curacao syrup, water, agar and mix. Allow to cook for 2 minutes or till sugar dissolves. Switch off the flame. Transfer in a plate or bowl. Keep aside for 1 -2 hours.

For orange jelly - add water, sugar, orange emulsion, agar and mix. Allow to cook for 2 minutes or till sugar dissolves. Switch off the flame. Transfer in a plate or bowl. Keep aside for 1 -2 hours.

For khas jelly - add water, sugar, green food colour, khas essence, agar and mix. Allow to cook for 2 minutes or till sugar dissolves. Switch off the flame. Transfer in a plate or bowl. Keep aside for 1 -2 hours.

All four flavours are ready. Keep them aside 1 hour.

All jellies are set perfectly. Cut them with knife and demould.

Wow!! colourful jellies are prepared.
