2 cups boiled chickpea (kabuli chana) 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped carrots 1/2 cup chopped cucumber 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves 1 tsp rock salt 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1/3 cup hung curd (Greek yoghurt) (bandha hua dahi)
Add carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, onions, shredded purple cabbage, fresh mint leaves in boiled chickpea and mix. For dressing add curd, rock salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice, olive oil in a bowl and mix. This dressing is perfect for all types of salads. Prepare it and one can store it for up to 2 days in fridge. Add prepared dressing in salad and mix. Tasty and healthy chickpea salad is ready.
