Healthy and tasty vegetable paneer pakode is perfect for those who want to eat healthy and tasty food during fasting days. This is a very easy and innovative pakoda recipe which you can prepare at home with easily available ingredients at home.

1 cup boiled and grated potatoes (aloo)
1 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1 cup grated carrot (gajar)
1 chopped green chilli
1/4 cup fresh coriander
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp rock salt
For Batter -
1/2 cup waterchestnut flour (singhade ka atta)
1/4 tsp salt (namak)
1/4 tsp black pepper powder (kali mirch)
Add boiled and grated potatoes, grated paneer, grated carrot, fresh coriander, green chilli, black pepper powder, rock salt, lemon juice.

Mix with hands.

Prepare small balls from the mixture.

For batter add waterchestnut flour, salt and black pepper powder in a bowl and mix.

Gradually add water and prepare a thick batter.

Dip balls in prepared batter and coat them properly.

Heat appam pan on low flame and place all balls in appam cavity.

Cover and allow to cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.

Uncover and flip them.

Cover and allow to cook for 4-5 minutes.

Open the lid and our healthy oil free paneer pakodas are ready for fasting days.

Remove paneer pakode from the appam pan and enjoy the healthy and tasty paneer pakode.
