1 cup macaroni 1 cup finely chopped onion 1 cup finely chopped tomato 1 cup finely chopped capsicum 1 finely chopped green chilli 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp red chilli powder 2 tsp salt 1/ 2 tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp red chilli sauce 1/4 tsp tomato ketchup 1/4 cup chopped/grated cheese Fresh coriander
Boil water. And in boiling water add salt, oil and Macaroni. Boil macaroni for 7-8 minutes on high flame. Switch off the flame. Sieve boiled macaroni immediately and wash with water. Keep aside. Take a Pan and add oil and heat. Crackle cumin seeds. Add green chilli, onion and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes on low flame. Add red chilli powder, black pepper powder, chopped capsicum, tomatoes, salt and cook on low flame till tomatoes become soft. Add tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, cheese and mix. Add boiled macaroni and mix. Add fresh coriander, mix and switch off the flame. Tasty Indian style macaroni is ready.
