Have you ever thought of making Sizzlers at home. If NO then this video is for you only, because here we are presenting a video with easiest process for making Sizzlers at home. Now no need to order the most favourite and famous sizzler in restaurants. Infact with the help of this video where we are going to show you a detailed and easy Chinese Recipe of sizzler, which you can prepare at home and give a sweet surprise to one and all.

1- For Chowmien - 2 cups boiled noodles, 1 tbsp sliced garlic, 1/2 cup sliced onion, 1/2 cup
shredded cabbage, 1/4 cup shredded purple cabbage, 1/4 cup green bell pepper, spring onion,
1/4 cup red bell pepper, salt, black pepper powder, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, oil.

2 - For Fried Rice - 2 Cups boiled rice, 1 tbsp sliced garlic, 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum, 1/4
cup finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage, 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot,
spring onion, salt, black pepper powder, soya sauce, vinegar, oil

3 - For Veg Lollipop - 1/2 cup boiled and grated potato, 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum, 1/4
cup finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage, 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot, salt,
black pepper powder, soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce, 1 tbsp flour(maida), 2 tbsp corn flour.

4 - For Fried Vegetables - Broccoli florets, Diced onion, french beans, carrot julienne, capsicum,
salt, soya sauce, vinegar, sesame seeds.

5 - Paneer Chilli - 100gram paneer, 1 tbsp sliced garlic, 1 inch ginger, 1/2 cup diced onion, 1/2
cup diced capsicum, salt, black pepper powder, soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce, 1 tbsp flour(maida), 2 tbsp
corn flour, oil.
Sauce - Oil, soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, salt, black pepper powder, corn
flour, spring onion.
For chowmein - Heat oil, rotate the wok. Add sliced garlic, onion and cook for a minute on high flame. Add all vegetables in wok and cook on high flame. Add boiled noodles. Add black pepper, salt, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar and mix. Stir, keep aside.

For fried rice- heat oil, add sliced garlic and onion. Cook for a minute on high flame. Add all chopped vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add boiled rice, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, black pepper powder and mix. Fried rice are ready. Keep aside.

For stir fried vegetables- heat oil, add all vegetables. Add black pepper powder, salt, soya sauce, roasted sesame seeds and mix. Stir on high flame. Stir fried vegetables are ready, keep aside.

For veg lollipop - Mix all the vegetables, salt, flour, corn flour, black pepper powder, red chilli sauce, vinegar. Prepare a dough. Take a handful mixture and make oval shape and insert an ice cream stick to make a lollipop. Fry all vegetable lollipops in oil on medium flame. Take them out and keep aside.

For paneer chilli - Add flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper in a plate and mix. Coat paneer pieces in flour. Fry all paneer pieces in hot oil on medium flame. Take out all fried paneer pieces. Heat oil in the same pan. Add chilli, ginger and cook. Add all chopped vegetables and cook for a minute. Mix corn flour and water and prepare a slurry. Add vinegar, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, black pepper powder and mix. Add corn flour slurry and mix. Add sliced garlic. (forgot to add in oil) Cook for 1 minute. Add 1/4 cup water and cook. Add spring onion's greens and fried paneer pieces. Paneer chilli is ready, keep aside.

Fry potato french fries in hot oil. Detailed recipe link is given in the description box. Double fry them to get super crispy fries.

For sauce heat oil in a vessel. Add sliced garlic, spring onion, cook for a minute. Add soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, black pepper powder. Add 1 cup water and allow to boil. Add corn flour slurry and mix. Stir and cook on high flame till the sauce thickens.

So, we have prepared chowmein, fried rice, french fries, chinese sauce, veg lollipop, stir fried vegetables and paneer chilli.

This is a cast iron plate also known as sizzler plate. Heat it on high flame for 10-15 minutes.

Place hot iron plate in wooden mould. Be careful. Place cabbage leaves on hot iron plate.

I have filled fried rice in a bowl and flipped on the hot

sizzler plate. Also place chowmein, paneer chilli, veg lollipop, stir fried vegetables, french fries, serve chinese sauce in a red bell pepper and place in the middle of sizzler plate.

Add chilled butter cubes on the hot plate for sizzling effect.

And our homemade Chinese Sizzler is ready.
