Cheese is liked by all, and we can prepare lot of things from the cheese. Today we are going to show a video on how to make Mozzarella Cheese at home. We will prepare it only with ingredients. This cheese is extremely stretchy, fresh, delicious and of-course so cheesy!! Let's begin.

1.5 liter Full cream Buffalo Milk
1/4 cup white vinegar
Take 1.5 liter buffalo full cream milk for making stretchy and tasty mozzarella cheese.

Switch on the flame, warm the milk. Stir continuously so that the creamy layer does not collect on top. Heat the milk till your finger can tolerate the milk temperature for 1 minute.

Switch off the flame and remove from stove.

We will use vinegar instead of rennet for making homemade mozzarella cheese.

Gradually add vinegar and stir till the milk is curdled properly.

Now milk is curdled nicely. Place a sieve and a muslin cloth on a vessel and sieve it. Press and drain out all the excess water.

Remove the curdled milk from cloth.

Now dip the curdled milk in luke warm water and squeeze all the water. Repeat this process till all the water drains out.

It will make the cheese stretcher.

At last dip cheese ball in the room temperature water and drain out the excess water. Do this process for 3-4 times.

Wrap in a plastic sheet or cling film. Tie it tightly. Keep in fridge for 3-4 hours.

Take out the cheese from fridge. Slice and grate to see the texture.

Apply pizza sauce on a bread slice and grate homemade mozzarella cheese. Microwave for 30 -40 seconds.

Wow!! perfect stretchy texture of homemade mozzarella cheese.
