Chocolate Lava Cake is a dessert that everybody loves and makes quite a sensation every time. Yes, and the best part is we can make it without egg, without an oven and without any fancy mould. This is truly easy to make and perfect for beginners. Uploaded by admin on 08-Feb-2019.
1/2 cup Maida (all Purpose flour) 1/3 cup powdered sugar 1/4 cup cocoa powder 100gram chopped chocolate 1/4 cup oil 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup milk or as needed
Today we are using normal bowls for making chocolate lava cake. Grease the bowl with oil or butter and dust with cocoa powder. Melt chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds. Take out from oven and stir. Again, melt for 10-20 seconds in microwave. Take out from oven and mix. It is smooth and silky. Keep aside. Sieve flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar and baking soda in a bowl. Add oil and mix. Add melted chocolate. Gradually add milk and prepare a batter. Perfect Choco lava cake batter. Fill prepared bowls with cake batter. Place them in a plate or a tin. Place a big kadai or vessel on stove and allow to warm on medium flame for 10 minutes. Place a ring in kadai and filled bowls on it. Cover and allow to cook them on medium flame for 8-10 minutes. Or can bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes on 180 degree. After 8-10 minutes, switch off the flame. They are firm but still looking soft because there is melted chocolate inside the bowl. Take out choco lava cake bowl from the kadai. Allow to cool for 2 minutes. Run a knife in sides of bowl and gently flip on a serving plate. Immediately cut with a knife and see the chocolatey lava coming out from the cake....This looks so yummy.
