This cake recipe is perfect for those who want to eat sweets in a healthy way. Yes, this is 100% healthy cake, it is soft, moist and an eggless cake. This vegan cake is suitable for all age groups. 1 cup = 250 ml
1 cup seedless dates (200gr)
1cup wheat flour (genhu aata)
100g walnuts (akhrot)
250-300ml milk
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup curd
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
Add seedless dates and milk in a mixer jar and make a smooth paste.

Transfer paste in a bowl. Add oil, curd and mix.

Sieve wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt in dates paste mixture.

Mix gently.

Add vinegar, milk and mix.

Add chopped walnuts and mix.

I have greased small bowls or katoris with oil and dusted with flour.

Fill all the bowls with prepared cake batter.

Sprinkle chopped walnuts.

Cook in a preheated gas tandoor for20-25 minute.

This is a gas tandoor, preheat on low flame on gas for 10 minutes. Place the small bowls in gas tandoor and allow to cook on low flame for 22-25 minutes. You can also bake in oven for 20 minutes on 180 degree.

Open gas tandoor after 25 minutes and check with a toothpick, if toothpick comes out clean, the cute small cakes are perfectly cooked.

Switch off the flame and allow to cool.

Demould the cakes from bowl and see the softness and spongy texture of sugar free healthy cake.
