Kachori is one of the most famous and favrouite street food among all of us We all love to eat kachoris in breakfast, snack or almost at any time of the day. Today we are going to show step by step and detailed video on fresh green kachori which is very spicy, crispy and perfect for tea time snack and for party starters.

1 cup flour (maida)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
25 ml oil
For stuffing-
2 cups fresh green peas
1 tsp oil
1 green chilli
1 inch grated ginger
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp aamchur powder
1. For dough add flour, salt, sugar, oil and mix with hands.

2. Prepare a dough using water.

3. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

4. Knead the dough again to make it soft and flexible.

5. Prepare lemon size balls from the dough.

6. Add salt, sugar, fresh green peas in boiling water and boil for 5 minutes on high flame.

7. Switch off the flame and strain immediately. Dip in cold water and strain.

8. Add in a mixer jar and prepare a fine paste.

9. Heat oil in a wok, crackle mustard seeds. Add green peas paste, coriander powder, red chili powder, dry mango powder, salt and cook the paste till it thickens. Allow to cool.

10. Grease the board and rolling pin with oil.

11. Roll the ball in a small and thick disc.

12. Place the prepared stuffing in the centre of disc and cover from all sides and seal properly.

13. In the second method, flatten the ball with hands, place the stuffing and seal it properly.

14. Prepare all the balls like this.

15. Press the stuffed ball with fingers and roll gently with the rolling pin as shown in the video.

16. Fry green pea kachori in hot oil on low to medium flame.

17. Take out the fried kachori.

18. Fry all the kachoris in the same way.

19. All kachoris are ready. Wow!! in love with the texture of matar kachori.
