1 cup wheat flour (genhu ka atta) 1/4 cup gram flour (Besan) 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper powder Fresh coriander 1 diced small potato 1 sliced small onion 1/4 cup fresh green peas (matar) 1/4 cup chopped capsicum 1/4 cup chopped carrot 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Add wheat flour, gram flour, black pepper powder, salt, baking powder in a bowl and mix. Add fresh coriander leaves in the flour. Prepare a batter using water. Cover and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Add turmeric powder in batter and mix. Heat 1 tsp oil, add sliced onion and cook on low flame. Add capsicum and cook. I have already blanched all the vegetables. Add them in a pan, now add salt and black pepper powder. Spread all the cooked vegetables in pan evenly. Add fresh coriander leaves. Pour the prepared batter over the vegetables. Cover and allow it to cook on low flame for 6-7 minutes. Open the lid and drizzle some drops of oil on sides of the pan and brush the top with oil too. Loosen the sides and cover with a plate and flip it gently. Again, place the half-cooked pancake in the same pan and allow to cook for another 2-3 minutes. It is perfectly cooked, transfer in the serving plate. Cut it in slices.
