Lemon and coriander soup is easy to make & healthy too. It is prepared with very few ingredients which are easily available at home. From this recipe, you can enjoy restaurant-style soup at home with some easy steps.

1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp chopped green chilli
1 +1/2 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp blck pepper powder
1 cup fresh corinader
1 lemon
1 tsp oil
Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic, green chili, ginger and sauté for a minute on medium flame.

Add onion and cook for 2 minutes.

Add carrot and cabbage, cook for 2 minutes on high flame.

Add salt, black pepper powder and four cups water and mix. Allow to boil.

Add 1/4 cup water in cornflour and add in boiling water. Stir continuously.

Add lemon juice and fresh coriander. Switch off the flame.

Serve hot!!
