Pavbhaji is one of the favourite street food. We can eat pavbhaji in breakfast, lunch dinner time or even when one is not hungry. We all are just crazy about pavbhaji. Today we are going to make an innovative, super delicious green pav bhaji recipe full of nutrients which makes it healthy. And preparing at home is always hygienic. All age group people will love it. 200g fresh spinach 1 cup fresh coriander 2 green chilli 1 tbsp chopped garlic 1 tbsp grated ginger 4 boiled medium size potatoes 2 cups fresh green peas 1 cup finely chopped onion 1 tbsp pavbhaji masala 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp salt or to taste 1 tbsp lemon juice Butter Oil
Add salt and sugar in boiling water, add spinach and coriander and blanch for 3 minutes. Take out from boiling water and immediately dip in the chilled water. Take out spinach-coriander and add in a mixer jar. Grind in a fine paste. Heat butter and oil in a wok. Add ginger and garlic and cook for a minute. Add onion and cook. Add green peas, salt, pav bhaji masala, red chilli and cook. Add boiled and mashed potatoes, mix and mash. Add green paste, mix and cook on low flame. Add lemon juice, mix, switch off the flame. For butter pav, heat butter, add pav bhaji masala, fresh coriander and roast pav (bun) Serve green bhaji with bun, onion, butter and lemon.
