Chocolate cake can be prepared without oven, yes they can be. Here we are preparing a very simple and quick cake recipe in which we are going to show all steps starting from scratch. This eggless cake is perfect for beginners who wants eggless and homemade cakes made in hygienic and healthy way. All will love to eat the cake and will remember it for lifetime.

18-20 Parle-G Biscuits
300ml milk
2 tbsp custard powder
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp bournvita/ chocolate mix (optional)
1/2 cup sugar
Add milk, cocoa powder, custard powder, sugar, chocolate mix in a vessel. Mix all.

Cook on low flame till it thickens. Keep stirring.

Now switch off the flame.

Remove from stove and allow to cool, keep stirring.

Line a square mould with cling film.

Pour a big spoon of prepared chocolate sauce in lined mould.

Arrange biscuits on chocolate sauce.

Spread chocolate sauce on biscuits. And repeat the process till the desired height is acquired.

Cover with foil paper or cling film. Keep in fridge for 2-3 hours.

Take out from fridge and demould it, remove cling film and the yummiest no bake cake is ready.

Sprinkle cocoa powder.

Cut and enjoy the cake.
