Red skinned potatoes Salt
Peel the potatoes with a peeler. Dip all the peeled potatoes in water. Slice potatoes with a slicer and make thin slices from potatoes. Wash potato slices with water and transfer in other bowl and soak all the slices in water for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes take out all the potato slices from water. Place all potato slices on a cotton cloth and allow to dry for 30 minutes under the fan. After 30 minutes, potato slices are ready for frying. Add in hot oil and fry potato slices on medium flame till they become crispy. Take out from oil and allow to cool. Homemade crispy wafers are ready in minutes. Add salt and mix. Can you hear the voice of crispy potato wafers? Very Crispy!! Store in an airtight container for 15 days and enjoy!!
