This frosting used for decoration of cake is very smooth, silky and without grit. It is prepared without any cream or sugar. The recipe is amazingly easy, innovative and perfect for cake and dessert decoration. 500g cool and soft unsalted butter
400g chilled condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Add Unsalted butter in a bowl and whip for 2-3 minutes on medium speed. The butter consistency should be like this, soft but not on room temperature.

Collect the butter with a spatula.

Whip the butter for 2 minutes more on medium flame.

Add chilled condensed milk in whipped butter and whip for 2-3 minutes on high speed.

Collect and whip it again for a minute.

Add vanilla essence and mix.

It is perfectly whipped now. Collect and check the consistency of buttercream.

Buttercream is ready for cakes and desserts icing.

I have placed a star nozzle (Wilton 1M) in piping bag. Fill the bag with whipped cream.

Pipe out and see the texture, smooth and silky.
