1 cup dark chocolate 1 cup milk chocolate 1 cup white chocolate 1/4 cup rice crispies 1 tbsp colorful sprinkles 1 tbsp sugar coated silver balls 1 tbsp chopped almonds 1 tbsp chopped cashews chocolate wrappers and firecracker stickers
Melt all three chocolates in microwave for 30 seconds. For sparklers (fuljhadi) add dark melted chocolate in a long glass or container, dip a satay stick in melted chocolate keep on a parchment paper. Keep in fridge for 2 minutes. Take out them from fridge and again dip in melted chocolate. Cover them with colourful sprinkles and silver sprinkles. Keep them in fridge for 2 minutes. Wow!! Beautiful sparklers are ready to eat!! Again, pour dark chocolate in bowl, add chopped almonds and cashews. Mix. Keep in fridge for 2 minutes. Now it is in perfect consistency. Prepare small bombs with the help of two spoons as shown in the video. Keep in fridge for 5 minutes. For ladi bomb, fill the chocolate mould with white chocolate. Tap and keep in fridge for 10 minutes. For jameen chakkar, fill the half mould with melted milk chocolate. Place a marrie biscuit and cover with melted chocolate. Tap and keep in fridge for 10 minutes. Prepare cones with the help of OHP sheets. Secure them with Sellotape. Cut the extra part of cone. Place them in any mould so that they remain straight. I am using modak mould. Fill the bottom pointed part of the cone with melted milk chocolate. Add rice crispies in melted milk chocolate and mix. Fill the cone. Keep in fridge for 10 minutes. Now demould white chocolates and stick them with the melted white chocolate. This is optional. Demould all the chocolates. All fire cracker chocolates are ready. Now it is time to wrap them beautifully. Wrap all the fire crackers chocolates in beautiful wrappers according to your choice. Wow!! awesome...
