1+1/2 cup Maida (flour) 4 tbsp powdered sugar 1/2 cup dry coconut (desiccated coconut) 1/2 tsp cardamom powder 3 tbsp clarified butter/ ghee 1/2 cup milk
Add flour, desiccated coconut, powdered sugar, cardamom powder in a bowl. Add ghee and mix nicely. The flour should be crumbly. Make a dough using milk. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes. Uncover and prepare small balls from the dough and make texture with a fork. Fry in medium hot oil on low flame. Gently flip and fry from all sides till they become crispy and brown in colour. Allow them to cool and store in an airtight container
