Samosa is one of the favorite fried snack item. We all love to eat punjabi samosa any time, any where. But these days we all are also conscious about our fitness and physic, so today we are going to show a small easy and brief video on a healthy samosa recipe where there is no compromise with the taste either. So this recipe is for those who are searching for some healthy and delicious recipes

For dough - 200g flour (maida) 1 tsp salt 60 ml oil For stuffing - 4 boiled and mashed potatoes 2 tsp oil 1/2 tsp mustard seeds (rai) 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi) 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp dry mango powder (aamchur Powder)
1. For stuffing heat oil in a wok.

2. Crackle mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

3. Add green chilli, boiled and mashed potatoes, green peas, dry mango powder, gram masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt. Mix and cook aloo masala.

4. For dough, add flour, salt, oil and mix nicely. The flour should be crumbly.

5. Prepare a soft dough using water.

6. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

7. After 10 minutes, knead the dough again.

8. Dust the board with dry flour, roll the dough in a big rectangular shape. (2* 1.5 feet)

9. Apply melted butter on rolled dough sheet.

10. Roll it tightly.

11. Seal the ends properly.

12. Cut the roll in 1-inch thick slices.

13. All discs are ready.

14. Grease the board and gently roll the discs.

15. Place stuffing in the centre. Fold it from three sides as shown in the video. Seal the ends properly.

16. Prepare all the samosas in the same way.

17. Grease the baking tray with butter or oil. Place prepared samosas. Brush them with butter.

18. Bake them in a preheated oven for 20 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius.

19. Take them out from oven.

20. Super tasty, lachhedar, masaledar, baked samosas are ready!!

21. Serve hot samosa with green and tamarind chutney
