Peel coconut with a peeler or a knife.

Cut coconut in small and thin strips.

Fill the mixer jar with chopped coconut.

Add ground coconut in a heavy wok and roast on low flame.

The whole process will take 10-12 minutes.

It has dried up, switch off the flame, stir 2-3 minutes after switching the flame, spread and allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container
