This White Sauce Pasta is a perfect perfect varied mixture of aromatic flavors and creamy pasta. Dig in the taste of true Italian flavors with this easy pasta recipe that you can quickly prepare without putting in much efforts. This requires much less ingredients and which are commonly used at home

200g good quality pasta
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup diced green capsicum
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper (optional)
8-9 chopped garlic cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black/ white pepper powder
Fresh or dried oregano
For white pasta sauce-
1/4 cup butter/oil
1/4 cup flour/ maida
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper powder
Processed cheese
For tasty pasta, use good quality wheat or semolina pasta.

Add salt in boiling water and add pasta. Boil for 10 minutes on high flame. Give a stir so that they get boiled properly and do not stick to each other.

Take out a pasta from water and cut with a knife, if there is a white line in the center of the pasta, It is called Al dante. (we have to boil pasta to 90%)

Switch off the flame.

Immediately drain out the excess water, preserve that water for later use.

Wash with cold water and keep aside.

Heat butter in a wok.

Add chopped garlic and cook for a minute.

Add onions and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

Add green and red bell peppers and cook for a minute. Add salt and black pepper powder and mix.

Take out all vegetables in a bowl.

In the same wok, add flour and oil and roast for 4-5 minutes on low flame.

Gradually add hot milk and stir with a whisker, make sure there are no lumps in the white sauce.

Add 1 cup preserved pasta water, and mix.

Add black pepper, salt, all cooked vegetables and boiled pasta. Mix.

Add grated cheese, oregano and red chilli flakes.

Mouth-watering white sauce pasta is ready
