1cup wheat flour 1/2 cup suji/rava/semolina 1/2 cup besan/ gram flour/ chickpea flour 1 cup fresh chopped fenugreek leaves/ kasoori methi 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 2 tbsp oil oil for frying
Add wheat flour, semolina, gram flour, fenugreek leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, salt in a bowl and mix well. Add water and knead stiff dough. Add oil and make it smooth. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes prepare small balls from the dough. Roll the balls in small disc with the help of rolling pin. Fry in hot oil on medium flame. Crispy puris are ready to serve
