Schezwan fingers are very tasty and super quick recipe. This snack is inspired by indo chinese starters. These are mix vegetable fingers and are flavored with homemade schezwan sauce. This snack will be a hit in the parties and get-togethers. Do try it and enjoy homemade chinese food at home

1/2 cup grated cabbage 1/2 cup grated carrot 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum 1/2 cup boiled & grated potato 1/2 cup schezwan sauce 1/2 cup corn flour 1 cup maida (flour) 1 tsp soya sauce 1 tsp vinegar 1 tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp salt
Add boiled and grated potato, capsicum, carrot, cabbage, onions, corn flour, flour, black pepper powder, salt, soya sauce, vinegar in a vessel. Mix with hands.

Add homemade schezwan sauce and mix.

Prepare thin logs/ fingers from the mixture with greased hands.

Fry in hot oil on medium to high flame.

Flip and fry till they become crispy.

Take out from oil.

Crispy, delicious schezwan fingers are ready
