3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 cup powdered sugar / icing sugar 1/3 cup milk powder 3/4 cup cocoa butter/ margarine / Virgin coconut oil Mix chopped dry fruits Rice crispy (optional)
Sieve powder sugar, cocoa powder, milk powder in batches.

Mix nicely.

This is cocoa butter, you can also use margarine or virgin coconut oil. Chopped with knife in small chunks.

Boil water in a sauce pan. Keep a big bowl on it. Make sure water does not touch to bottom of the bowl. Flame should be on low. Add cocoa butter and allow to melt.

Add cocoa powder mixture in melted cocoa butter. Mix on low flame.

Switch off the flame.

Transfer in a cup, or small jug.

Fill all the chocolate mould cavity with chocolate mixture.

Stretch mould to remove air bubbles and clean the edges of mould. Keep in fridge for 3 hours.

For crispy chocolate add rice crispy and mix in left over chocolate mixture.

Fill the chocolate mould with rice crispy chocolate mixture.

Tap 2-3 times to remove air bubbles. Keep in fridge for 3 hours.

For chocolate slab I will fill this chocolate mould half with left over chocolate mixture.

Fill chopped dry fruits. and cover with chocolate mixture.

Tap to remove air bubbles.

I filled two more cavities with leftover rice crispy chocolate mixture.

Keep in fridge for 3 hours.

Demould the chocolates.

Wow!! Mouth-watering homemade chocolates are ready to eat. Store them in fridge
