1 cup Bikaneri bhujia (Link is given in description box) 1 cup suji/rava/ semolina 1/2 cup curd 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 2 finely chopped green chilli 1 tsp salt 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi) 1 inch finely chopped ginger 1/4 cup fresh coriander For tempering - 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, curry leaves, fresh grated coconut (optional)
This is bikaneri bhujia, you can use market one or homemade too. Recipe link is given below in the description.

Add water and soak it. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Add curd and 1/2 cup water in semolina and keep aside for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes give a stir to soaked bikaneri bhujia or semolina.

Transfer soaked bhujia and semolina in a big bowl. Mix nicely.

Add fresh coriander, onions, red chilli powder, turmeric, green chilli, ginger, salt and mix well.

The dhokla batter should be thick.

Add baking soda and mix nicely.

Pour the prepared dhokla batter in greased 7 inch cake tin.

Steam for 20 minutes on high flame.

Open and check with a toothpick.

Take out from steamer.

Allow to cool, and demold it.

Heat oil and crackle mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Switch off the flame.

Cut the dhokla in square pieces.

You can see the softness and sponge of the bhujia dhokla.

Pour prepared tempering on dhokla, garnish with fresh coriander.

Serve !
