Kharvas is an authentic recipe which is prepared with colostrum from cow, but this milk is not easily available. Here I have given a short video on making instant kharvas which you can prepare from few simple ingredients. This is quick, easy and steamed sweet recipe with less sweetness. All age group people will like it

1 Cup hung curd 1 Cup homemade condensed milk 1 Cup full cream milk 2 tsp corn flour 1/2 tsp cardamom powder Soaked saffron Pistachio flakes
Add milk and corn flour in a bowl. Mix.

Add condensed milk, hung curd and blend with a hand blender.

Add cardamom, saffron and mix.

Pour the mixture in 5 inch greased tin.

Sprinkle pistachio flakes and saffron.

Place a ring in steamer and steam on high flame for 30 minutes.

Open and check with a toothpick.

If toothpick comes out clean, kharvas is ready.

Take out and allow to cool completely.

Keep in fridge for 2-3 hours.

Kharvas is firm now.

Demould it gently.

Cut in square pieces.

Soft and delicious kharvas is ready
