Indian streets are full of street foods which are mouthwatering, delicious and can attract any person to eat. Indians are crazy for street food. This is a short video recipe of innovative Chinese Vada Pav inspired from Mumbai Vada Pav which you can prepare very quickly with the goodness of lot of fresh vegetables. This is spicy and lip smacking. Do try it for the breakfast, kitty parties and tea time snack

1/2 Cup Grated carrot 1/2 Cup grated cabbage 1/2 Cup finely chopped capsicum 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 3 medium sized boiled & grated potatoes 1 Tbsp soya sauce 1 Tbsp Chilli sauce 1 Tsp black pepper powder 1 Tsp salt 2 Tbsp schezwan sauce 1/3 Cup Corn flour 1/3 Cup All purpose flour (maida) Oil for frying Bread buns, schezwan sauce, chopped cabbage
Add capsicum, boiled & grated potatoes, carrot, cabbage, onion, black pepper powder, salt, soya sauce, chilli sauce, schezwan sauce, APF, corn flour in a bowl and mix.

Take a handful mixture of vegetables and prepare flat rounds.

Fry in hot oil on high flame till they turn dark brown in colour.

Take them out.

For assembling take Pav bread, chinese vada, schezwan sauce and chopped cabbage.

Make a slit in pav (bun). Spread schezwan sauce, place chopped cabbage and fried vada. Cover and serve hot.
