1 cup = 250 ml For sponge - 1 cup maida ( all purpose flour) 200g condensed milk 4tbsp. powdered sugar 2tbsp. corn flour 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1 Cup milk 1tsp baking powder 1/2 Tsp baking soda 1tsp milk + few strands of saffron A pinch of yellow food colour For decoration- 1+1/2 Cup non dairy whipping cream 10-12 pieces of homemade rasmalai with milk, pistachio flakes, saffron food colour, few strands of saffron
