Heat tawa on low flame and grease with oil. Add salt in homemade idli-dosa batter. The batter should be in ribbon flowing consistency. Pour a big spoonful batter on the middle of tawa. Spread with back of spoon. The flame should be on low. Sprinkle capsicum, onion, tomatoes, fresh coriander, salt and black pepper powder. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Remove the lid, sprinkle some oil and flip it carefully. Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes from other side too. It is done now. Remove from tawa and carefully place on a serving plate.
