Butter is used in many things like cakes, cookies and vegetables. It is also a part of staple diet in India. But to get butter in purest form is not easy and costly also.So here I am presenting the easy way to make pure butter at home

For collection of fresh milk cream-boil milk & allow it to cool, keep it in fridge, the thick layer formed on the milk is the fresh milk cream, store it in freezer.

To make butter take out fresh milk cream from freezer and keep in fridge for 24 hours.

Pour chilled fresh milk cream in a big vessel and add 1 glass water in it. Mix it well.

Now beat the cream with a hand blender. For 2-3 minutes till it becomes thick.

Butter and water will start separating.Add some ice cubes at this point of time. Beat it continuously.

Squeeze water from the butter and make balls with your palms, store butter in freeze.

The milk extracted can be used to make curd
