Egg less, Easy and Whole wheat biscuits which are rich in fiber and full of health. Very beneficial for our health. Not too hard and prepared from the ingredients which are easily available in everyone's kitchen

1 Cup wheat flour
1/4 Cup powdered sugar
1/4 Cup clarified homemade butter (desi ghee)
1/2 Tsp cardamom powder
1/8 Tsp Baking soda
2-3 Tbsp chilled milk
Add wheat flour, cardamom powder, baking soda in a vessel and mix well.

Add powdered sugar and mix.

Add ghee and mix well. The flour should be crumbly.

Add chilled milk and prepare a dough.

The dough should be like this.

Roll the dough in a thick disc.

Cut with a round cutter. Prick with a fork.

Place on a medium hot tawa. The flame should be on low.

Cover with a lid and allow to cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.

Open the lid, flip and allow to cook from other side too for 4-5 minutes.

They are perfectly done.

Remove from tawa and allow to cool on a wire rack.
