1 Cup Whole wheat flour # 1/2 Cup leftover sugar syrup
Here I have used rasgulla's leftover sugar syrup. Gradually add wheat flour and mix well. Add water if required. Cover and keep aside for 5 minutes. Batter is ready. Pour a spoon full batter with hands in hot oil. The flame should be on high. Now turn on to flame medium and flip them. Fry till they become light brown. Take them out from oil. Sweet and soft fritters are ready to eat
