An interesting twist to a boring salad. Part - II

1/2 Cup Sprouted whole green gram (moong)
1/2 Cup sprouted whole moth beans (moth)
1/2 Cup sprouted bengal gram (kala chana)
1/2 Cup boiled and diced potato
1/2 Cup finely chopped onion
1/2 Cup finely chopped tomato
1/2 Cup shredded cabbage
1/2 Cup finely chopped cucumber
1/2 Cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 Cup fresh beaten curd
1 Tbsp. Green chutney
1 Tbsp. tamarind chutney
1 lemon juice
1 Tbsp roasted flax seeds
For seasoning - Rock salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder
Add sprouted bengal gram in pressure cooker. Add salt and 1/4 cup water.

Mix and close the lid. Take 2-3 whistles and allow to cool.

Open the lid and drain out the excess water.

Add sprouted bengal gram, sprouted green gram, sprouted moth bean in a big bowl.

Add shredded cabbage, cucumber, onion, tomato, potato, pomegranate seeds.

Now add salt, black pepper powder and chaat masala according to taste.

Add flax seeds, tamarind chutney, green chutney and curd. Mix nicely.

Add lemon juice.

Here I have served sprouts chaat in cabbage leaves. You can serve according to your choice.

Enjoy healthy sprouts chaat.
